Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
Shipping options may vary depending on the items in your basket and your delivery location. Available delivery methods and prices will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50 (after any discounts and excluding delivery charges, where applicable).
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed and dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm are processed and dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We do our best to meet all dispatch times, however delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control (for example, courier disruption, severe weather, or peak trading periods), we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative delivery date. In such cases, the delivery timeframe will be extended by a reasonable period.
Delivery Address (No Changes After Checkout)
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
We will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is accurate and complete, including any relevant delivery instructions (for example, where to leave the parcel if you are not available).
Where you have provided instructions to leave the parcel in a specific place, responsibility for the order passes to you once it has been delivered in accordance with those instructions. We cannot accept liability for loss, theft, or damage after delivery in these circumstances, unless this is due to our negligence.
P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
International Delivery
At this time, we only deliver within the UK and do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details (where tracking is available). You can track your parcel directly via the carrier’s website.
