TEAM BUILDING DAY – 1ST OCTOBER 2021

After 18 months of reduced face to face interactions, we decided that our growing team needed a day out to allow everyone to have some fun and get to know each other a bit bitter. We visited Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre and had an action-packed day of crate stacking, climbing and land-based team games. In the afternoon the two teams and were given the challenge to build a raft which we would use to race across the River Soar. We had to plan and cost our raft then purchase the materials required for the build but we were limited to a budget that was determined by how well the teams had performed during the morning activities. Both rafts made it through the race and most of us managed to stay dry (ish). I am sure everyone would join me in saying that we had a great day and we all look forward to the next team event.
