The Flourish Project is a mental well-being programme that supports children and young people aged 8 to 18. Its focus is on helping young people develop emotional resilience, self-esteem, emotional literacy and healthy thinking patterns.
The Flourish Project creates safe spaces where young people can feel seen, heard and supported. The programme also equips adults within schools and community settings to deliver support themselves, helping well-being become embedded in the culture of the school or organisation.
As a company that works with schools, colleges, businesses and local organisations, we understand how important safe, supportive environments are.
