To help you budget and save money we now offer a battery bolt-on subscription for customers with an annual service & maintenance agreement which covers the cost of any system batteries for parts supplied and installed by ourselves. This is charged at 50% of your annual service & maintenance agreement and includes the following.
• Engineers time to replace the battery • Use of ladders or step ladders to access the device (if required) • Our risk if we damage the device when changing the battery (we will replace any parts we damage that can’t be fixed) • Our risk if we have to return to replace a battery that has failed within 3 months of normal use of us fitting the original*, or to the end of your current maintenance agreement* *cover for the replacement battery and the engineer visit • Recycling of your old battery
Your monthly subscription value will be the total annual charge (inc VAT) for your service & maintenance agreement only (as shown on your renewal notice) divided by 24. Any additional charges for parts or additional work are not included in this subscription and should be paid directly to our engineer. This subscription should be set up by the end of your renewal month. If this deadline is missed, a manual 'top-up' payment should be made to cover the missed month(s).
