We offer a range of maintenance agreements to suit a variety of budgets. All include remote support, extended equipment warranty, 24/7/365 engineer availability, routine maintenance visits plus much more.

What brands do you supply, install and maintain?

We work with a range of manufacturers including Hikvision, Risco, Honeywell, Galaxy, Paxton, Salto, Videx, iEVO, Honeywell Morley and CSL Dualcom. We can also takeover the maintenance of equipment from a variety of other brands.

My insurance company have asked if you have industry accreditation?

We have been certificated by the SSAIB since 1996 as one of the first companies certificated by them in Warwickshire. For more info on why SSAIB certificated is so important click here.

Will the police respond to the systems you install?

As an SSAIB accredited installer we can install graded monitored systems which conform to the relevant standards. This means we can apply for a police URN on your behalf which is what is required by the monitoring centre in order for their operators to quickly pass the call through to the police on a confirmed activation.

What warranty do you offer on equipment?

If you continue with one of our maintenance agreements, we can extend the standard 1 year warranty to between 3-5 years (depending on the manufacturer).

All of our team are security screened & DBS checked so you can rest-assured that you are dealing with trusted security professionals. They are competent, experienced and are working to industry best-practice as well as compliance with British and European standards.
