Your monthly payment amount will be the total annual charge (inc VAT) for your agreement only (as shown on your renewal notice) divided by 12. Any additional charges for parts, batteries or additional work are not included in this agreement and should be paid directly to our engineer. This subscription should be set up by the end of your renewal month. If this deadline is missed, a manual 'top-up' payment should be made to cover the missed month(s).
